Will HRT therapy, using natural products, or prescription, help will the perimenopause weight gain? I’ve gain so much weight in the middle, I work out, and I can’t lose a pound!

    I think so. Your hormones are so out of control before/during menopause that it can be hard to control your weight. I think that hormone replacement could help to balance you out. I would talk to your doctor to figure out exactly what you should be doing.
