Why the mood swings? At times you feel sad then the next, one becomes happy? Or happy now and then sad and weepy?. Then there are times when one will feel very tired, or one would feel to be alone away from the crowd.

Yep, sounds so familiar. Why, don’t know. Hormonal imbalances or changes, I guess. I went through mine with no medical help but they may have medicine to help that now. You could ask your doctor. (They may have had medicine but I just didn’t ask) Good Luck–I do not envy you

Get the book “What your doctor may not tell you about menopause” You will wish you had the information years ago.
Amazon.com has always had the best prices on books and Vitamin Research Products offers the book free when you order 3 tubes of natural progesterone cream on line.

You might want to have your thyroid check too.
