Just found out today that I’ve started the menopause. I’m 45 and thought I was too early but all the signs are there. So tired all the time, no energy and have put weight on too.

    well hello that’s me too I’M 48 I DO NT KNOW WHAT FOOD i WOULD LIKE TO THO SO i WILL CHECK THIS SITE AGAIN . MENOPAUSE MAN WHAT A BUMMER SOMETIMES IT IS BOTHERSOME but I have started taking vitamins B that sure seems to help I have taken up walking that helps also I thought it was to early to but I guess I’m older than I think lol good luck and keep me posted on the food.

    I am 44 and have almost completed menopause… one of my favorite little secrets was Chocolate Silk soy milk… Helps with the hot flashes– no energy??– try adding more fresh fruits & veggies- make your self walk at least 30 min a day– it helps improve the energy level..

    secret for night sweats— keep a sports injury type ice pack (one of the longer ones) in the freezer– if you wake up w/ the night sweats– grab that ice pack and a thin towel– drape the towel w/ the ice pack around the neck– & drift back into sleepy land…. (I HATED the night sweats!!)
