right ovary pain,perimenopause?

Hi.I am 32 and have been going through perimeno for about 2-3 years.My dr put me on a low dose BCP to help my awful symptoms,I have been taking them for over a year.This past few days I have been having a dull menstrual like feeling in my lower abdomen,and now I have some ovary pain-it isn’t horrible,but it is uncomfortable.I spotted a little yesterday.My period is not due for another week,but this is bothering me.has anyone else had pain in their ovaries?I have no insurance,and I can’t go to the dr for every ache and pain.I am not bleeding,but I feel just like I am getting ready to have my period?Anyone else?GOD-bless

Could be a cyst on the ovary, or else you’re still ovulating and getting pain from that.
You really do need to get the doc to check it, sorry.
((Perimenopause is a PAIN, isn’t it?!))
