Partial hysterectomy and menopause?

I had a partial hysterectomy 10 years ago. (I still have my ovaries.) I am now 45, and wondering about menopause-how will I know it is starting? If you are going through it, what are your symptoms?

    you will know trust me. when you start to have hot flashes, bloating, irritability, etc. The only way to be sure is to go to your doctor for a test.
