My doctor thinks I may be going through perimenopause. I’m 43 and feel like I’m going crazy?

The doctor is checking my hormone levels. I’m the only woman in my family that has not had a hysterectomy so I don’t really know what to expect. I used to never have periods and now I have them every 3 weeks. And the worst pms ever. Is this normal and is there anything that can be done to help!? Besides a straight jacket! I have battled depression for years and I’m on antidepressants. Natural remedies seem to make them not work. So that’s not really an option for me.

I am going through the same thing you are. My doctor put me on effexor xr for my symptoms. It works better than anything else. If you are not taking it you should ask your doctor about it. It has worked miracles for me. I wish you the best of luck!

you probably just need a 23yo guy over 6′ tall to give you the long stroke!

perimenopause
the emotional effects of menopause are a conspiratory lie made up by women to become reckless one last time in their life before they become barren. (Thereby useless to men). This just proves women are crazy and should be kept in the broom closet escpecially when approaching menopause!
