ladies 60 or so?after a TOTAL hysterectomy. how long will a person have the nasty symptoms of menopause?
to tell ya the truth……….. asked:
I am medicated but my sister isn’t. I am uncomfortable with the weight gain and feel fat and ugly but I still just cant handle the hot flashes, so I take the pills sis is crabby with the super strength of her hot flashes but refuses to gain weight and won’t take the hormone therapy. we are both right smack into menopause but we don’t know how long we will be like THIS !!!!!!! we have no female reletives left to ask.
This is NOT perimenopause. we are sure ir’s the real deal.
are there no woman with personal knowledge of menopause? I could use some help here please

They say people in England have more symptoms at menopause linked to more dairy products and Japan has less symptoms due to less dairy products and more soy products consumed (soy has plant estrogens).
