Is vaginal dryness a symptom of Bacterial Vaginosis?

The other night before I went in, when I was with my boyfriend (not having sex, just foreplay), I realized I just couldn’t get “wet”. Is that a symptom of BV or is there something else wrong with me? Any experience/input is appreciated. Also, I am 22, so it is not pre-menopause symptoms.
