The nausea you are experiencing is not normal and can be an indicator of something like endometriosis (an example only).  The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor for further evaluation of the situation.

Because of your financial issue check to see if the city has a free health clinic where you can go to have this evaluated.  If not, check with a Medical School that may be close by to see if they can help evaluate the situation further for you.</description>
