How about pretend that the 4 women are on a talk show (one being the host) on the subject of menopause. As the questions are being asked and answered (actually educating the audience while acting) , have all the women including the host display various symptoms i.e. sweating and fanning, crankiness, crying, tiredness,etc.-you get the picture. Don’t have all the women stay in the same character of symptoms though…have them keep changing. For example, you could have the host ask woman 1 what body changes she has experienced and woman 1 could yell at the host are you calling me fat?,etc. Then woman 2 could start crying asking why do we have to fight like this or something. Woman 3 could be fanning herself and ask the host does the A/C work in here, but the host has dozed off…have everyone keep changing and playing off each other. It’s hard to explain what’s in my head, haha hopes this makes sense!
