Kansieo.com

I think this varies a lot. I was married ages 33 -52 and our sex life got a lot better after I had a vasectomy after our second child. My wife was "forced" into menopause because of a partial hysterectomy to remove bleeding fibroids. After she recovered a few months, we started reading lesbian-inspired short stories to each other at bedtime, and I have to say life was pretty good and because her overall health bounced back tremendously we enjoyed some of the happiest years ever.

We did all kinds of things in bed just as we had previously.
