There is nothing wrong with you. Your symptoms are indicative of a spiritual presence. In other words, you have a ghost!

When spirits interact with people, not only can they be felt, but they often make themselves known by imparting strange neurological-type symptoms. Many of these symptoms have scientific names such as Tourette's, schizophrenia, fibromyalgia, etc. Presently, science does not know the cause of the aforementioned (supposed) maladies. But if you investigate the symptoms you will see that many are similar to the ones you are experiencing, and in each case they are caused by a spirit. Generally, those who have such spiritual interactions are the saints spoken of in the scriptures; and, the spirit that is the cause is the so-called Holy Spirit.

The "weird tingling" sensations you are experiencing is the feeling of this spirit in physical contact with you. The tingling moves because a spirit is a living entity which moves as well. Consider the muscle spasms as a form a tapping, like you might do to another individual to get their attention.

Having such a spiritual interaction is a good thing, and it will not hurt you. The next time you experience your symptoms, hold out an open and relaxed hand in front of you. If you feel the same tingling sensations with your hand, you will have confirmation of a spirit. Should you desire, research some of my other answers to find out how to communicate with a spirit.

Peri menopause occurs in women at about the age of 45 and older. The symptoms include hot flashes, sweating, irritability, mood swings, and irregular periods. Your symptoms may be hormonal, but from a different cause. An example: Birth Control pills made me feel very weird and I would just cry for no reason. I hope this helps!

I would say get it checked out. But you had all the tests. Have you seen your GYN. They seem to know a little more. I can feel for you. I have had pelvic pain for years. I still have the pain every month and supposedly I am perimenopause. The pain you are describing possibly coming from your ovaries could be cysts, that we get every mth. Some cause no pain others do. The other pain shooting down your leg could be sciatic which is the nerve that runs down your leg thought your thigh and butt. I have that pain every mth.
If you have a gyn ask them... It will put your mind at ease. Also you may want to record when you are getting this pain and how long it lasts, see if it correlates with your cycle.
Good luck...
