You are at such high risk of heart attack and stroke.....believe me I am an ER nurse....I've seen them as young as in their 20's. I'm in my 40's and my doctor has me on topamax....it is not really intended for mood but a side effect just happens to be mood elevation (and weight loss) It is working wonders for me. My mood has been much better. I would NOT take any hormones what so ever. I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer. My mother also had breast ca around my age because of estrogen.
