I have terrible moodswings. i was wondering if there are pills for this and if they are ok to go on and how well they work…etc

   I used to suffer from hardcore PMS, which included debilitating cramps (couldn’t go to work or school for an entire day), and I would have serious mood swings that started to interfere with the functionality of my life.

   I went on Yaz birth control, and haven’t had a cramp since, and the mood swings are incredibly subdued.
