EXTREME moodswings-HELP
Socrgrl asked:
OK so yesterday I was ovulating (or w/e) ((2 weeks after my period) but now Im getting EXTREME moodswings. Like one minute Im so angry I could kill someone. the next im on the floor sobbing my eyes out. Now that I think about it it happens before my period sometimes too. Im going to talk to my doctor but what should I do in the mean time? P.S. Almost everything sets off these mood swings.
P.S. I KNOW im not pregnant cause Im a virgin and Im 13 and I KNOW im not bipolar. Its just like Extreme PMS
I also get like kinda bloated and crampy too. I JUST NEED SOMETHING TO MAKE IT SUBSIDE!!!

That sure does suck. Try going to a walk and taking out anger by doing that or try drawing or write in a diary. hope i helped.xoxo

well first of all how old are you? how long do your periods last for? you could be pregnant if they are very light and don’t last long. if that’ss not it i’m sure it’s normal because i do the same thing a week or two before i get my period. there are some other possible things it could be though. you could be bi-polar? all these things you should go over with to your doctor.

It’s probably PMDD: “extreme PMS”. For now, there isn’t much you can do, but when you see your doctor, talk about starting Yaz. It’s a low dose hormone pill that REALLY helps. I was the same way, and Yaz has made a huge difference. It also really helped with my cramps and periods last around 4 days each month.
