Perimenopause and menopause are often accompanied by the dreaded &quot;menopot&quot; that can make you look slightly pregnant.

HRT (hormone replacement therapy) for menopausal women has been the subject of some disagreement lately, as it&#039;s been linked to cancer and heart disease.  These articles may be helpful.

I have chosen not to take HRT during my perimenopause.  I&#039;m watching all the studies and articles closely, though, as I&#039;m a little tired of having a fat tummy.</description>
