MEN O PAUSE? US? Men in menopause? What a stoopid question! Not a chance! Its not our fault our hormones go whack-o at my age! Besides, it’s all YOUR fault I’m getting it anyway! You just don’t give us the emotional attention we NEED! Sob…sniff…WAHHHHHHH!! You don’t even CARE what I go through every day! It’s so terribly…sighhh…LONELY…and I just feel so..soo..so…UNLOVED! OH SOB SOB booohooooo…sniffle…I just can’t take it anymore so I’m just going to go to bed and curl up with my Dr. Phil and Oprah books and my Cheesy Poof salty snax…sniffle..sniff..SNORT…because at least THEY CARE about me and…and…and…what was the question?
Loss of ambition, lack of focus, depression, sadness, mood changes, feelings of loss of control. negative outlook & gloominess.
it happens to all of us, some sooner, some later. It is gradual but insidious in onset & cannot be prevented or reversed. men have a biological time-clock programmed into their physiology – exactly the same as ladies start ovulation & menstruation at puberty & then cease at menopause.
Exogenous testosterone seldom is of any effect . the cellular receptors which used to react to the androgens become non-reactive to even normal levels of testosterone.
never imagine for one second that men don’t go thru andropause. Yes it’s very real – and sad – and cannot be stopped. There is no magic wand or pill or panacea to do this.
So now are we clear about this matter??????????????????
Yes they do, testerone slows down, which does not stop sexual desire, just performance! and thats usally the main problem that concerns a man.mid life crisis! and all that goes with it.
Yep – its called Mid Life Crisis & we all sufffer from it. You know – you reach middle age & are still convinced you are a stud of 18. The symptoms are usually those of delusion. You look in the mirror & fail to spot the balding hairline, sagging gut & shriveled tackle.
Have you not seen the film American Beauty

No dear, different hardware. Maybe slight hormonal changes, but nothing like the ladies have to deal with.

Yes and they need to avoid prostate problems. Eating a handful of pumpkin seeds a day, can’t hurt.
