depo provera moodswings?

just wondering what you other depo users did to prevent these moodswings or did to make them stop because im going to get myself in trouble if i keep running my mouth

I have never taken Depo-Provera but I did have a huge problem with mood swings from one of the birth control pills I tried so I can empathize on that point. The thing I found helpful for mood swings was B6. You can buy it in a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex. You can find it in most of the major drugstores.
I would also recommend getting in touch with your doctor to let them know what’s going on and see what they say.

I actually became pretty violent on the Depo shot. I got one right after giving birth to my first child. Those mood swings and such lasted over a year even though I only got one shot. Sorry I have no advice on how to prevent it or control it. If its that bad for you I would try a different BC method. Good Luck!!!

its always really bad when you first get on it and it will be for the next couple of months but then you will settle down and wont have many after that…..this shot almost broke me and my fiancee up in first couple of months i was taking it…
