But, I went through some anxiety over the Summer and and feel better now, but while my periods are the same, I do feel a bit moody and I still worry and feel less confident than before. I also find myself more content doing the same old thing versus trying anything new. So, can this shift in attiutude, energy and mood mean anything hormonal and can perimenopause start at my age?

Is it possible to have preimenopause at such a tender age such as 20? I am exhausted all the time, I am no longer interested in sex, we have been tryong to fall pregnant for 10months and nothing has yet happened, I have been having terrible mood swings, headahces, back pain, weight gain and my period has become irregular and very very light. Hi.I am 32 and have been going through perimeno for about 2-3 years.My dr put me on a low dose BCP to help my awful symptoms,I have been taking them for over a year.This past few days I have been having a dull menstrual like feeling in my lower abdomen,and now I have some ovary pain-it isn’t horrible,but it is uncomfortable.I spotted a little yesterday.My period is not due for another week,but this is bothering me.has anyone else had pain in their ovaries?I have no insurance,and I can’t go to the dr for every ache and pain.I am not bleeding,but I feel just like I am getting ready to have my period?Anyone else?GOD-bless

My periods have always been regular with the exception of one missed period in the last 6 months. I ovulated around 3 weeks ago had mild cramping and backache for the week after ovulation. My breasts have been swollen and tender since ovulation and I have experienced some mild fatigue with the backache coming and going at various times. I have never had any of these symptoms before. My period is about a week overdue. Could these be perimenopausal hormonal symptoms ? No hot flashes but I know everyone experiences different symptoms. Any info would be helpful…thanks

However, I am at least a week from when my period is supposed to start, and I am having the pinkish and brownish light spotting that is often seen after implantation (I had implantation bleeding with both of my pregnancies).

Should I be concerned that my husband’s vasectomy may have reversed itself, or could this just be a sign of perimenopause?
